However, Johns Creek Partners is not a venture capital firm, and does not consider start-ups or companies that have yet to attain profitability.
We only look for opportunities that satisfy most of the following criteria:
Company Characteristics
Service or Manufacturing companies with recurring revenues
Minimum of five years of profitable operating history and strong reputation
Leadership or solid growth potential within its industry
Diverse customer base with high retention rates
Financials
Revenues of $5 - $30 million
EBITDA of $1-$6 million
Healthy EBITDA margins (at least 15%)
Strong balance sheet with low debt
Target Markets
Companies serving the Health Care, Wellness, New Media and other growing or relatively stable industries
Products providing significant value-added to the customer
Management Team
Owners willing to participate during the transition of ownership period
